By subscribing to or using echo, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

Overview

echo is an email-first CRM for real estate professionals. echo helps you organize contacts and stay consistent with outreach by sending email reports and providing simple links to add or update contact information. echo is not a brokerage, does not generate leads, does not provide legal, financial, or business advice, and does not guarantee sales outcomes.

Eligibility

To use echo, you must:

Be at least 18 years old.
Have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
Use echo for lawful business purposes.

Your account, communications, data and permissions.

echo provides service through email. You are responsible for providing an email address you control and keeping access to that email account secure.
You agree that echo may send you service emails, including daily reports, account notices, and billing notices.
If you share update links or reports with others, which is not recommended, you are responsible for any resulting access or changes.
You retain ownership of your contact data and any information you provide to echo.
You grant echo permission to store, process, and use your data only to provide and improve the service.
You represent that you have the right to upload and use any data you provide, including contact information, and that doing so complies with applicable laws and professional rules.
You are responsible for obtaining any required consent to contact people by phone, text, or email, and for honoring do-not-contact requests.

Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse update links or reports.

Subscription, billing and cancellation

echo is a subscription service billed in advance on a recurring basis unless canceled.
Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. Your payment information is handled by that provider under their terms.
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing. Access to the service may continue until the end of the current billing period.
Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable.

Third party services

echo depends on third-party services such as email providers and payment processors. We are not responsible for outages, filtering, delays, or delivery issues caused by third parties.

Availability and changes to the service

We aim to keep echo available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service, and we may add or remove features over time.

Intellectual property

echo, including its software, emails, templates, and branding, is owned by echo or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute echo materials without permission.

Disclaimers

echo is provided “as is” and “as available.” You use echo at your own risk. echo does not guarantee that you will close transactions, increase referrals, or achieve any specific results. echo is not responsible for decisions you make based on reminders, reports, or contact suggestions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, echo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption. echo’s total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to echo in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if your use creates risk to echo, other users, or third parties. You may stop using echo at any time by canceling your subscription.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute, claim, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Calgary, Alberta, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice. Continued use of echo after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
